My families recipe to make “lor bak go” or in dim sum places known as turnip cake! Those yummy white fried square thingies. I know the recipe is kind of vague so hopefully the photos will help you understand the recipe better!

BEST HOLIDAY - National Day for sure because that IS what HK people love to do best.
Hong Kongs Ritz Carlton closed down 2008 January (approx) and they’ve now reopened with a new location on kowloonside! Think I’ll try to find a catering internship there next summer :)
